Disclosed are an accounting apparatus and an accounting method. The accounting apparatus according to the present invention includes: a client management unit for dividing billing operation information corresponding to client information based on service management numbers and converting the divided billing operation information into a database; a service indicator setting unit for setting information to mark a service item for billing for each specific item of a particular bill with regard to the billing operation information converted into the database for each service management number; and a bill generation unit for generating a bill corresponding to the billing operation information to which the service indicator is set. |
