The present invention relates to a straw fixing clip and, more in detail, to a straw fixing clip provided with a milk carton sealing function capable of fixing the straw at a beverage drinking hole formed by tearing the upper adhered part of the milk carton, and preventing the milk from being spilled by sealing the remaining portion except the straw fixed portion of the beverage drinking hole. For this, the present invention comprises a clip member forming a first coupling recess downward opened on a lower surface, accommodating the upper adhered part of the milk carton and closely fixed on both sides of the adhered part; two separation preventing members including second coupling recesses being coupled to the left and right ends of the clip member where both ends of the first coupling recess are positioned and being opened downward from lower ends to be positioned on the same line as the first coupling recess, and an L type fixing part for wrapping some portions of the side corner and the adjacent lower corner of the upper adhered part, and wrapping the left and right ends of the upper adhered part with the second coupling recesses and the L type fixing part to prevent the clip member from being separated from the upper adhered part; and a tube coupled to the clip member in one body by being passed through the clip member, and extending into the milk carton. |
