A method for treating of diabetic retinopathy provides for affecting the cerebellum with the magnetic field in the plane of its frontal projection transcranially. The magnetic pulses are used with the induction of 0.5-1.0 T at the height of the pulse, 5-15 pulses at the rate of 0.05-0.5 Hz once a day. Furthermore, Deltaran is used intranasally 2-5 times a day at a dose of one ampoule containing 0.3 mg of delta sleep-inducing peptide (as freshly prepared solution). The duration of treatment course is two weeks. If necessary, the course is repeated after 4-6-month interval. |
