<p>A card reader (1) combining a mobile device (2) applies audio interfaces (10) to transmit signal data between a card reading device (1) and a mobile device (2) via modulating and demodulating audio signals or encoding and decoding encoding signals, thereby adapting the card reader (1) to mobile devices (2) with audio jacks (200) widely and having said mobile device (2) become an electronic trading terminal for allowing the electronic trade to be fulfilled portably, anywhere, and anytime. The card reader (1) can combine an application program conducted in the mobile device (2), whereby users apply functions of the application program to easily and conveniently complete online procedures, such as purchase, trade, or payment.
