The arrangement has a line for carrying medium heat from surroundings to absorb and/or dissipate heat to environment, where the line is in the form of a corrugated pipe. Material regions (1a, 1b) are partially embedded into a conduit. The material regions comprise a foam material, where the foam material is graphite foam. A section of the corrugated pipe is surrounded along entire outer periphery of the material regions. An opening and/or recess are provided in the material regions for placing electrical and mechanical components. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a thermal device (2) a method for mounting a thermal assembly.
