According to the present invention, an assist device for pulling a marine concrete structure (1) installed under water comprises an anchor rod (10) inserted into a fixing groove (8), which is formed on a marine concrete structure (2), with a chemical adhesive (9) and fixed for stably pulling a concrete block when the concrete block which composes a foundation of a marine structure such as a dock, a seawall, etc. is discarded, and for stably and quickly performing reinstalling and recollecting work. The anchor rod (10) has a combining hole (3) where a pulling wire (5) is combined with the upper end, and a nut groove (11) where an anchor bolt (4) having a screw projection in the outer circumferential surface is screw-combined. The present invention provides the assist device for pulling a marine concrete structure for increasing the adhesive area of the outer circumferential surface of the anchor rod (10) with a chemical adhesive (9) by having multiple protrusions (13). |
