The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for garlic pickles and garlic pickles manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method for garlic pickles comprises a step of forming a mixture by mixing 69-80 wt% of garlic; 19-30 wt% of water, 0.5-0.7 wt% of vinegar and 0.1-1.0 wt% of salts; and a step of aging the mixture for 2-4 days wherein for the garlic, sliced garlic or a whole bulb of garlic is used and a step of additionally mixing 0.1-3 wt% of sweetener in the mixture based on 100 wt% of the mixture is included. The sweetener comprises more than one kind among saccharin sodium, honey, fruit sugar and grape sugar. |
