The present invention relates to a riveting machine for a window roller for automatically forming a head in an end of a rivet penetrating an outcase, an incase, and a roller when the outcase, the incase, and the roller are connected and assembled in assembling the window roller. A fixing plate (11), an elevating plate (12), and a riveting machine (3) are successively mounted on a supporting frame (10). The elevating plate (12) is stably elevated by vertically mounting a pair of support bars (11a) and an air cylinder (11b) on the fixing plate (11). The riveting machine (3) where a riveting head (31) is mounted on a leading end, and a riveting machine (32) is mounted on the rear end over the elevating plate (12) is installed in a support housing (34) having a forward and backward transfer control lever (33). According to the present invention, when a window roller (5) is settled on a zig (6), the riveting machine automatically adjusts the height and a forward and backward movement, and a pressure rod (43) of a pressure tool (4) softly supports the window roller (5), while a riveting work is stably performed since a brace (4a) is located in a head of a rivet pin (55) at the same time. Therefore, the riveting work is stably and rapidly performed, and productivity and reliability is maximized. |
