<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a command board to be able to exchange controlled data even if a data control unit becomes inoperable in a command system including the control unit for controlling data transmitted and received via a data communication network, the command board, and a dedicated radio channel.SOLUTION: A command system 100 includes: a data control device 110 for performing data communication and data control; a line control device 120 for controlling a message and the like from dedicated radio and a general line; a command board 130 for performing overall control of these; and an emergency data control device 150 that is connected with the line control device 120 and the command board 130, and idle at normal times. If the data control device 110 became inoperable, the line control device 120 activates the emergency data control device 150 and switches so that data communication will be performed by dedicated radio 162. This maintains data communication and a data processing function.</p> |
