PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system, a server device and a groupware program for improving the operability of a user by making various information between the functions of groupware cooperate with each other. SOLUTION: In a network system, a storage means is configured such that data accessory to an image object are stored in association with a window displayed with superimposed state, and even when the data accessory to the image object are on any of a plurality of windows, all the data accessory to the image object can be stored in data items. A client device includes an update request means for making an update request for the data accessory to the image object for a server device when the image object on the first window is moved to the second window. When the update request is made, the data accessory to the image object are inherited and stored in the data items in association with the second window by the storage means.
