The present invention provides an outer rotation type power generator for bicycle, wherein a rubber sleeve equipped at a roller part of a rotor is easily changed. The outer rotation type power generator (4) for the bicycle rotates through the abutment of the roller part which can be rotatably supported on a power generator holding frame (6) and the top part (20) of the tire (2) of the bicycle, wherein, the power generator holding frame (6) is fixed on a frame (1) of the bicycle. Therefore the power is generated through a power generation mechanism (47) on the roller part (5), wherein, the roller part (5) is rotatably supported on a rotating shaft (41). The supporting shaft (41) is supported between two arms (7,70) on the power generator holding frame (6). A cylindrical rubber sleeve (50) is equipped on an outer peripheral surface of the roller part. One arm (7) selected from the two arms is detachable relatively to the power generator holding frame (6) and the supporting shaft (41). The rubber sleeve of the roller part can be changed through detaching the arm (7). |
