The present invention relates to a light emitting diode driving device, which recognizes a dimming signal as a turn-off signal when the dimming signal has a level lower than a predetermined level or turns off a light emitting diode by outputting a voltage, which is to be applied to the light emitting diode, less than or equal to a threshold voltage of the light emitting diode when the turn-off signal is received. Proposed is the light emitting diode driving device including: a driving unit for converting input power to driving power according to a state of detected driving power and supplying the driving power to the light emitting diode; and a control unit for detecting a power state of the driving power supplied to the light emitting diode from the driving unit, and controlling a voltage level of the driving power to make the voltage of the driving power lower than the threshold voltage of the light emitting diode by varying detected voltage representing the state of the driving power if a preset turn-off signal is input.
