The present invention relates to a steering device of an electronic scooter including a body with a driver seat and a wheel unit including a front wheel, which is installed on the front part of the body and rotated to move the body, and first and second rear wheels, which are installed on the rear part to be rotated. The steering device of the electronic scooter includes a driving unit comprising a drive-operation unit which rotates the wheel unit to roll and rotate on the road surface and a steering-operation unit changing a steering angle of the wheel unit by rotating the wheel unit around a direction orthogonal to the road surface in order to change a progressing direction of the wheel unit; a main manipulation unit which includes a handle joined to the front wheel in order to control the steering angle of the front wheel independent of the drive-operation unit; a sub manipulation unit which is installed on the driver seat separated from the handle in order to adjust the driving speed and the steering angle of the wheel unit; a mode selecting unit for selecting one of first and second modes supported by the main manipulation unit or the sub manipulation unit; and a control unit which controls the driving unit according to the manipulation of the main manipulation unit or the sub manipulation unit selected by the mode selecting unit. The steering device of the electronic scooter provides advantages of moving and rotating in an aimed direction while a driver is on the scooter without getting off the scooter when the scooter enters a narrow space, such as a vertically curved narrow passage or an elevator, as the steering device has a three-wheel structure and assists rotation in place, horizontal movement, and diagonal movement.
