The present invention relates to a system and a method for controlling the atmosphere of a gas carburizing facility. The system for controlling the atmosphere of a gas carburizing facility comprises a management server (100) having operation standard data, correcting data to be used to correct the atmosphere of a gas carburizing facility (10), and operation history data stored therein; a central management unit (200) directing a field management unit (300) to control the operation of the gas carburizing facility (10) according to the operation standard data; a measuring unit (20) cyclically measuring a carbon potential (CP) inside a carburizing chamber of the gas carburizing facility (10) and transmitting the CP to the field management unit (300); the field management unit (300) controlling the operation of the gas carburizing facility (10), receiving a measured CP value from the measuring unit (20), comparing the CP value with a CP value preset in the operation standard data, and changing a gas input according to the correcting data after sending a request for the correcting data to the management server (100) when the measured CP value is different from the preset CP value; and an administrator terminal (400) operating a dedicated application to manage the operation of the gas carburizing facility, displaying operation progresses transmitted from the field management unit (300) and transmitting a command of an administrator through a user interface to the field management unit (300). Accordingly, the present invention has an advantage of actively coping with environmental changes occurring during a gas carburizing operation. |
