Disclosed is a device for exchanging a stretch-bending mold. The disclosed device for exchanging a stretch-bending mold capable of exchanging a mold unit by pulling both ends of a straight beam of the mold unit having a predetermined shape for stretch-bending includes i) a lift frame installed on top of a stretch-bending system; ii) a hoist unit installed to move along the length direction of the lift frame for lifting or lowering the mold unit by hooking; and iii) a movement unit installed onto the floor of a workplace to reciprocate through a driving unit, load the mold unit lifted by the hoist unit, and move the mold unit to a mold mounting part of the stretch-bending system.
