The present invention relates to a method for determining a drop of a charging material into a blast furnace. At a pressure detection point which is prepared toward every direction, and which is separated upward from the blast furnace, a pressure value is extracted. The extracted pressure value is used to calculate the root location of a softening fuser, to determine whether the root location of the softening fuser is within an edge tolerance, and then to alert a user. The drop status of a charging material inside the blast furnace is accurately confirmed, in order to predict and determine the faulty drop status, so as to enhance the blast furnace stability and facilitate the productivity and the quality of the molten iron.
