The present invention provides a heat treatment apparatus which includes a heat treatment apparatus body and a heating unit. Inside the heat treatment apparatus body, a space for a heat treatment in which an ingot is arranged is formed. The heating unit measures the surface temperature of the ingot from multiple positions and inductively heats the ingot to increases the surface temperature to be measured up to a predetermined reference temperature. |
