A jig for a control pipe and a method for constructing the control pipe using the jig are disclosed. The jig for the control pipe relates to the jig for displaying a cut position in the control pipe which is cut by a predetermined length. The present invention comprises a ring-shaped body in which an end unit of the control pipe is inserted; a marker which is connected to the body to be moved to a length direction of the control pipe; and a target which displays the body to be exposed to the direction of a cross section of the control pipe. The cut position is displayed on the surface of the control pipe by the marker in a state of moving the marker to the length direction of the control pipe.
