The panel comprises a cellular plastic core 14 encapsulated by polystyrene or high impact polystyrene (HIPS) skin 12. Preferably the panel contains anti-bacterial, fungicidal and fire retardants. The preferred core 14 comprises mixed waste plastics and reinforcement members. Preferably the skin 12 is recycled, incorporated a high temperature printed film 18 and is moulded to provide surface texture. |
