The present invention relates to a device and a method for preventing a safety accident of a helicopter and, more specifically, to a device and a method for preventing a safety accident of a helicopter capable of preventing such accidents as subversion, sliding of a helicopter, by measuring the external force applied to the helicopter fixed onto a helideck. The device for preventing a safety accident of a helicopter, according to the present invention, includes: a sensor unit which measures either or both of the wind speed or the tilt of the helicopter; a storage unit where the information regarding the helicopter is stored; and a control unit which calculates the external force applied to the helicopter by using either or both of the wind speed or the tilt of the helicopter, and which determines the possibility of a safety accident using the external force or the information regarding the helicopter. |
