<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a tray from cracking or whitening from a view of a tray shape when a roux block is divided by folding a solid block roux along the ridges of the tray. <P>SOLUTION: Each of two division trays (102) has four roux piece molded sections (114) separated by two ridges (112). The top face (112a) of each ridge (112) is flat. A curved connection (112b) is formed between the widthwise end of each top face (112a) and a sidewall (116). The lengthwise end of each ridge (112) joins a surrounding wall (122) of the tray (102) via an erect portion (124) that protrudes upward as it extends toward the surrounding wall (122).
