<p>A packaged green tea beverage has been sought, wherein texture is maintained, sweetness and bitterness are well balanced, and a roasting aroma can be discerned when ingested after being frozen, particularly when a frozen extract is partially or completely thawed after time has passed after being opened. The present invention provides a packaged green tea beverage that solves the abovementioned problem by adjusting, in the green tea beverage, a 90% cumulative particle diameter (D90) in a tea extract to 2μm to 50μm, a ratio between fructose and the total value of sourness and gallate-type catechins (i.e., fructose/sourness + gallate-type catechins) to 0.01 to 0.08, and a ratio between dietary fiber and the total value of reducing sugar and non-reducing sugar (i.e., dietary fiber/(reducing sugar + non-reducing sugar) to 0.1 to 200.</p> |
