PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of obtaining a decorative molded body having irregularities on a decorative surface after decoration with preferable reproduction, without requiring a physical method like embossing, in thermoforming by a vacuum forming simultaneous decoration method or the like. SOLUTION: Provided are: a decorative sheet for thermoforming formed by providing patterns with infrared absorbing inks 4, 5, or with infrared reflection ink on a heat-shrinkable resin sheet 3 subjected to crystallization treatment, and generating irregularities by thermoforming using a heating system by electromagnetic waves; and a method for manufacturing the decorative molded body having irregularities on a decorative surface by decoration thermoforming the decorative sheet for thermoforming in a holding state at a temperature higher than the temperature making the heat-shrinkable resin sheet amorphous 3 by irradiation with infrared ray 2.
