The panel (1) has an outer monolithic casing (2) made of a cladding material. A rectangular core plate (3) is provided on bounding surfaces (7) that are encapsulated from the core plate. A thermal conductivity of the cladding material is higher than that of the core plate. The casing is provided with a reinforcement unit (12). The bounding surfaces are completely overmolded by the monolithic casing, where heat conductivity of the plate is 3 0.004-0.05 W/mK and 0.025-0.045 W/mK and heat conductivity of the cladding material is 0.07-2.1 W/mK and preferably 0.1-1.0 W/mK.
