An automatic circuit breaker comprises an insulation body comprising two mechanically associated parts, a cover, a contact system with stationary and movable contacts, s; a trip-free release; an insulation bar kinematically connected to said trip-free release; an insulation rod fixed at the bar, the trip-free release passes through holes in the upper part of body to the lower part of body; a longitudinal hole; loaded movable contact cable of self-adjustment while closing with stationary contacts; ferromagnetic plates installed under the stationary contact; common disconnecting bar having projections in every poles capable of coupling with a clamp of trip-free release, at least one current release in each pole. The surface of longitudinal hole of the insulation rod is inclined in location point of the movable contact; at disconnecting projection in the middle pole a hole is made, the end of clamp engaged with the disconnecting bar is made with three projections of different height, the central projection is capable of insertion to said hole, and the side projections – are capable of resting upon to the disconnecting bar projection in the middle pole; the insulation caver comprises a spring-loaded straight-running pusher made as a button, installed with possibility of direct action onto the projection of bar of free-release mechanism. |
