PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display panel which has a structure of holding a support member between metal layers having metallic luster, imparts sufficient metallic luster to figures, graphics, characters, and the like, and gives a sense of depth when being viewed, and is superior in appearance. SOLUTION: The information display panel is constituted so that metal layers are laminated on both surfaces of the support member, and the metal layers on both surfaces have regions where the metal layers do not exist respectively, wherein the region where the metal layer on one surface does not exist overlap at least a part of the region where the metal layer on the other surface does not exist, and when observed from the side of the one surface, the metal layer on the other surface is observed.
