The medical device has a patch (1) which is secured with a pressure resistant ball (4), as stimulator. A rigid monofilament (6) used as stimulator, has one end which is arranged in a blind hole (5) of pressure resistant ball, and another end which is extended over outer edge of patch for preset length. The patch includes support that is coated with adhesive such that the ball is approximately centrally held on the carrier by adhesive.
