A filtration heat exchange module includes a self-flow collector, domestic wastewater, trough that is finished in a filtering grate for collection of floating admixtures. The filtering grate is arranged as a heat exchange radiator of hollow ribs with flattened form in cross section, those with the larger dimension coincide with the direction of flow of sewage waters that flow from the trough to the reservoir.
