The present invention provides a solid water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic composition having a fresh and refreshing sensation on use and an excellent adhesion to skin wherein adhesive properties (easy application) of a cosmetic composition to an applying unit are outstanding, having a smooth feeling upon use. In addition, the present invention has high shape retention when being continuously used and has excellent portability. The present invention is a solid water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic composition containing (a) 1.0-3.5 wt% of agar, (b) 0.05-1.0 wt% of an acrylic amide aqueous viscosity agent and (c) an oil agent. |
