PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display for improving the characteristic of a capacitor is provided to form a charge on an active layer and a gate insulating layer of a full-up transistor. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display includes a sub pixel, data driver, and a scan driver. The sub pixel is located on a substrate(110). The data driver supplies data signal to data line of the sub pixel. The scan driver supplies the scan signal to the scan wiring of the sub pixel. The output terminal of the scan driver includes the pull-up transistor and upper electrode. The pull-up transistor includes the gate, the first insulating layers, the active layer, a drain and source, and the second insulating layers. The gate is located on surface of the substrate. The first insulating layer is located on surface the gate. The active layer is located on surface the first insulating layers. |
