A method for the surgical treatment of the numerous hepatic hydatids comprises the puncture of the hydatid, the evacuation of its content, the injection of scolecyde agent into the cavity of the cyst, the section of the wall of the cyst, the removal of the daughter cysts, the removal of the chitin capsule of the cyst, the drainage of the residual cavities. The cystostomy is provided followed by the drainage of the combined residual cavities with the aid of the drainage located in subhepatic space. |
