The present invention relates to a metal capturing device for a water cooled engine provided in a dust catcher of a dry quenching facility which captures and removes metal contained in cooling water which is supplied to the water cooled engine disposed in the dust catcher of the dry quenching facility. The metal capturing device for the water cooled engine provided in the dust catcher of the dry quenching facility according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a body which is disposed in the water cooled engine disposed in the dust catcher of the dry quenching facility so that the cooling water flows therein; a vortex generating unit which is disposed in the body to be rotatable so that a vortex can be formed in the body; and a magnetic unit which is disposed in the body so that the metal contained in the cooling water can be captured. |
