MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE FRAME OF THE RACKETS FOR SPORTS

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sports racket frame and, more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a sports racket frame that can manufacture a sports racket with high structural stiffness easily via a simple process by manufacturing a sports racket using a hydro-forming method. The method for manufacturing a sports racket frame according to the present invention comprises: a loading step for loading a metallic tube between a die divided into upper and lower parts; a die-sealing step for combining the upper and lower parts of the die and sealing a gap between the upper and lower parts of the die using a pair of punches; a pressure medium injecting step for injecting a pressure medium into the metallic tube through a penetrating hole formed on the punches; a hydro-forming step for sealing the penetrating hole formed on one punch among the pair of the punches, and molding the metallic tube into the shape of a racket frame by consistently injecting and pressurizing the pressure medium through the penetrating hole formed on the other punch; and a form separating step for separating the molded racket frame from the upper and lower parts of the die after the completion of the molding.
