METHOD FOR TRANSPORTATION OF BLIND PEOPLE AND SPECIAL NEEDS PERSONS

The method for transportation of the blind people and the special needs persons comprises the high information technologies, the computer assisted camera observation, the transformation of the visual information into the sounds. The signals controlling the obstacles in the way are compared with the threshold level. When the threshold level is exceeded, the person is notified. The obstacles are detected with the aid of the mobile control desk containing the keys embossed with Braille script lettering. The signals are also transmitted to the control center.
