<p>The device has a device loop comprising a set of devices connected to a hazard alarm control panel, and a communication circuit (2) connected with the devices of the device loop and a control of the device loop. The communication circuit comprises a simulation unit (9) for testing functionality of a current measurement unit (8) and the hazard alarm control panel, where testing of the functionality of the current measurement unit and the communication circuit takes place using software implementation of a control unit (3). An independent claim is also included for a method for testing a current measurement unit of a communication circuit of a hazard alarm system.</p> |
