The present invention relates to a sitting board which is capable of being replaced with a seat of a chair, and allowing a user to sit directly instead of a sitting cushion indoors. The present invention provides the sitting board with a body on which a user sits in a chair and indoors comprising: a hip seating part concavely curved in order to allow hips to seat when a user sits in a part of the surface of the body; a thigh seating part concavely extended from the leading end of the hip seating part to the leading end of the body in order to allow both thighs to seat when the user sits; and a sacrum opening part for punching a part on which a sacrum is seated when the user sits in the body having the hip seating part in order to block the sacrum from being rubbed against the body. Therefore, the present invention has an effect for not generating excessive strain on a spine since the hip seating part and the thigh seating part allow the user to sit the body stably and to maintain a correct seating posture; improving a learning or work ability of a student and an office worker sitting for a long time since the sacrum opening part blocks load applied to the sacrum; and maintaining the health of the user by preventing a disease, etc. generated by the load applied to the sacrum. |
