The present invention relates to a liquid type cosmetic composition which comprises carboxylic acids/polyol cross polymers, polymer powder, polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester based surfactants, and additional surfactants derived from olive-oil for instant improvement of tone and texture of skin, and quick covering skin imperfection. The above composition breaks the limitation of a form conventionally limited to a solid or cream type and is able to be manufactured in various liquid types. In addition, the composition prevents dehydration of skin due to excessive use of powder and softly spreads on skin having fresh and light feeling of use thereby improving consumer satisfaction.
