Disclosed is an active hood device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the active hood device comprises a hood installed in the rear side of an engine room to be rotated by a hinge unit to open or close the engine room of a vehicle; a striker of which one end is hinged to the bottom of the hinge unit through a mounting bracket and of which the other end extends towards the bottom of the engine room to selectively lift the rear side of the hood mounted with the hinge unit; a latch unit installed on one lower side of the engine room to limit the movement of the striker by selectively locking the striker; and a pulley unit for providing elasticity for the striker to lift the striker according to an operation of the latch unit.
