The present invention relates to a head-mounted display device. The head-mounted display device includes: an optical lens unit which enlarges an image displayed by a mobile device and delivers the image to a user′s eyes; a housing which stores the optical lens unit, includes a coupling unit which can be attached to or detached from the mobile device, and is in close contact with the user′s face when the device is mounted; and a head fixture unit which is fixated to the housing on the user′s head.
