The present invention relates to a customized map service system and a method thereof capable of allowing a user to fine a desired spot while recognizing sign information by outputting the various sign information on a route reaching from a departure to a destination after setting the departure and the destination on map data received from a map providing server, and maximizing an advertising effect using the sign information. The customized map service system comprises the map data providing server having the map data and outputting the map data to the user; a user map production terminal for producing own map data after loading the map data from the map data providing server and displaying a desired section; a sign information data providing part for inputting information on all kinds of signs existed on the road and outputting the sign information of a relevant building when a user terminal requests; a temporary storage part for storing the data in which map information produced by the user map production terminal and the sign information existed on the route of the map are mixed and outputting the road information in which the sign information is mixed when the user requests; and the user terminal connected to the map data providing server and the user map production terminal using an internet or a wire or wireless communication unit to extract and output the desired data from the temporary storage part. |
