PURPOSE: A mono N-alkylation method of an aniline compound is provided to use a simple device, to improve the yield of target compounds, and to remarkably reduce byproducts and unreacted products. CONSTITUTION: A mono N-alkylation method of an aniline compound comprises a step of preparing a compound represented by chemical formula 3 by N-acetylating a compound represented by chemical formula 2; a step of preparing a compound represented by chemical formula 4 by N-acetylating the compound without a refinement; and a step of manufacturing a compound represented by chemical formula 1 by removing acetyl groups under the presence of an acid or base catalyst without a refinement. In the chemical formulas, each of R1 and R2 is at least one selected from hydrogen, C1-5 alkyl, halogen, nitro, or O-alkyl group and R3 is a C1-5 alkyl group. |
