Disclosed is a system for preventing generation of an end mark comprising: a buffering part, which is formed on one side of a rubber sleeve, preventing an end mark from being generated when a coil is wound by absorbing shock when the leading end of a strip is in contact with the rubber sleeve; a first control part stopping the buffering part in a fixed position so the leading end of a strip hits the buffering part; and a second control part allowing the leading end of the strip to hit the buffering part by measuring the progressing length of the strip through a sensor part for sensing the leading end of the strip.
