A wavelength tunable external resonance laser according to the present invention includes: a housing; a super luminescent diode element which is located in the housing and generates and outputs an optical signal; an EA modulator which is manufactured by being integrated with the supper luminescent diode element; and a polymer grating reflector which is located in the housing to face the supper luminescent diode element, outputs the optical signal to the outside by controlling the reflectivity of a grating, and changes the wavelength of the optical signal by changing the index of refraction of the grating. The EA modulator modulates the output of the optical signal according to an electric field applied from the outside. |
