The present invention relates to a simple structure formed by suitably using urethane and an air layer in a space such as a narrow room, one-room house and a public facility where one person enters and, more specifically, to an egg carton panel-type sound-proofing panel which can be freely formed by applying various sizes, colors and shapes; and an installation structure thereof. The sound-proofing panel is composed of three egg carton panels formed by constantly attaching an air layer to an irregular front plate of the egg carton panel and to the rear side of the front plate, and has a sheet attached to a constant plane of the rear side of the front plate according to the taste of a user. The egg carton panel-type sound-proofing panel according to the present invention comprises: a front plate having an egg carton panel shape; urethane spaces arranged at constant intervals on the rear side of the front plate; and an air layer formed inside the urethane space, and is provided to be easily combined. |
