A server for modeling a virtual environment for a health care service according to the present invention comprises a virtual experience space modeling unit for establishing a virtual experience space by modeling a virtual health center and a virtual exercise place based on a computer in order to experience a health care service in a virtual world, wherein the virtual health center is a place in which a physical fitness test or a checkup are conducted, and the virtual exercise place is a place in which exercise can be conducted based on the physical fitness test result or the checkup result; and a customer satisfaction measuring unit for judging customer satisfaction by referring to at least one among customer emotional numerical data, input delay time data, customer evaluation data obtained by receiving customer satisfaction evaluation in order to judge customer satisfaction at each point of an interaction in the virtual experience space.
