The present invention relates to a variable inclination plate for a rack and pinion type monorail which connects between a vertical pillar and a runway unit and corrects inclination angles between the pillar and the runway unit at the same time, when a monorail transportation system is built to transport cargo and passengers to a place, which is inaccessible by foot, such as a mountain region, a wilderness area, a holiday resort, an island or a slope. A conventional rack and pinion type monorail system needs pillars to be built every 3-6 meters, integrates a runway rail with a pillar by using an inclination plate, and requires hundreds or thousands of inclination plates corresponding to inclination angles to be prepared, since the rack and pinion type monorail is usually built on steep slopes and the inclination angles of the slopes are different from each other. The variable inclination plate for a rack and pinion type monorail system is manufactured by being divided into two parts: one is an upper inclination plate coupled to the lower part of the runway rail; and the other is a lower inclination plate coupled to the pillar of the monorail system. The connection between the upper and lower inclination plates is performed by using a pin structure to freely adjust angles, thereby actively corresponding to changed angles when inclination angles are changed. The variable inclination plate according to the present invention is provided to make it unnecessary to adjust inclination angles of hundreds and thousands of inclination plates during a manufacturing process, thereby facilitating an installation work; and to correspond to changes of angles between a runway rail unit and the ground and to small changes in the ground in winter and summer, thereby fundamentally solving a problem of deformation occurring between the runway unit and the pillar after installation. |
