Disclosed is a pillar trim for a vehicle. The disclosed pillar trim for a vehicle comprises a body unit, a fabric member which covers the surface of the body unit and is fixed to a first body unit inside the edge of an opening through the opening formed on the center, a first holder unit which covers one side of the opening and is formed inside the first body unit to support a first cover unit installed on one end of the fabric member, and a second holder unit which covers the other side of the opening and is formed inside the second body unit to support a second cover unit installed on the other end of the fabric member.
