The present invention relates to manufacture an eco-friendly functional box of high strength by solving a problem of a starch glue of the prior art used to fabricate an adhesive for the corrugated cardboard to give the conventional corrugated cardboard with the functionality, minimizing the deterioration of the adhesive force even though various functional additives are added, and using functional additive components, such as photocatalyst, charcoal, activated carbon, or frame retardant, together with fine porous powder to maximize the compatibility with the adhesive components, while reliably maintaining the function in the adhesive components. Since the functional additive components are mixed, the corrugated cardboard of the present invention can purify the inner air when the cardboard is made as a box structure. Due to the reaction of the photocatalyst and titanium dioxide effective in decomposition of pollutants, the ability of eliminating the pollutants is further improved. The pollutants in the box made by the eco-friendly corrugated cardboard of the present invention is decomposed or eliminated by absorption. The freshness or retention period of the contents can be prolonged by purifying the air in the box. The fire resistance is improved by the frame retardant component, and since various kinds of directional components are properly added and mixed depending upon the kind of the contents, the user satisfaction is improved when the corrugated box is used. |
