摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a main shaft for a wind turbine. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of a main shaft for a wind turbine includes a first heating step in which a material is heated to a certain temperature or higher; an up-setting step in which the material heated in the first heating step is upset by pressing the material lengthwise; a piercing step in which a hole is formed through the material set up in the up-setting step; a second heating step in which the material having the hole is heated again; a length extension step in which the material heated in the second heating step is extended lengthwise using a pipe forging method and a mandrel forging method; a third heating step in which the material extended in the length extension step is heated again; a cogging step in which an outer circumferential side of the material heated in the third heating step is repeatedly pressed by a forging press; and a fourth heating step in which the molded material is heated again.
