PURPOSE: An olefin resin composition is provided to have low gel concentration, and to be used as filling material of various optoelectronic devices effectively. CONSTITUTION: An olefin resin composition comprises an olefin resin with a hydrolyzable functional group, and a base hydrolysis catalyst. The olefin resin is a silane-modified olefinic resin having a silyl group in chemical formula 1: -Si(X)_mY_(3-m). In chemical formula 1, X is a halogen atom, an alkoxy group, an aryloxy group, an acyloxy group, an alkylthio group or alkylene oxythio group, as bonded to a silicon atom, Y is hydrogen, an alkyl group or an aralkyl group, as bonded to the silicon atom, and m is an integer from 1-3. |
